Footprints in Time

Immerse yourself in the rhythm of time as our event, Footprints in Time takes you on a journey through movement and expression. From timeless elegance to modern energy, every step captures a story, blending past and present in a dynamic celebration of dance.

EVENT SPECIFIC RULES:

• The total performance duration is 3 minutes, with an additional 1 minute allotted for setup and clearance.

• Performances must not include sensitive topics such as religion, politics, or social controversies.

• Exceeding the time limit will result in point deductions.

• The use of hazardous props, including sharp objects, flammable materials, or any items that could cause injury, is strictly prohibited.

• Participants must maintain professional conduct both backstage and during the event.

• All participants must show respect towards fellow performers, judges, and event organizers, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.

• Rule violations may result in immediate disqualification.

• Music tracks for the performance must be submitted at least five days before the event.

• Participants must bring their own costumes, props, and accessories.

• All participants must adhere to the rules set by the organising committee, and any violations may result in penalties or disqualification.

• Accompanists are not permitted; performances must be solo.

• Only pre-recorded music tracks in MP3 format must be submitted in advance.

• Backdrop requirements:

  • Video backdrops must be provided in MP4 format.

  • Photo backdrops must be submitted in PDF or PPT format.

  • All backdrops must be in landscape mode.

• Any specific lighting requirements must be communicated to the event coordinators in advance.

GENERAL RULES:

• Decision of the judges will be final and binding.

• Participants are requested to report 1 hour before the commencement of the event.

• No refunds will be given under any circumstance.
