EVENT SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS:

• Each participant submits 3 campus photos.

• Photos must be taken on campus within a specified time frame.

• Theme will be revealed at the beginning of the event. All photos must adhere to the theme.

• Editing allowed for basic adjustments only.

• Heavy manipulation leads to disqualification.

• Participants must bring their own camera equipment.

• No specific camera type or brand is required.

• Submissions must be in digital format and should be submitted before the designated deadline.

  
  

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

• Participants must report 1 hour before the event starts. Latecomers may not be allowed to participate.

• No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
