TEAM INSTRUCTIONS:

• 4 players are required in a team to play.

• Each team must have a team leader.

• The team leader will be responsible for effective communication between the coordinators and the team for all the details.

• All members must be present at the location and no members will be allowed to play from different locations.

• All team members should bring their all required equipment like power banks, chargers and extensions.

GAME INSTRUCTIONS:

• There will be a total of 5 matches of battleground in which all teams will play all five matches.

• The five matches will be played on different maps: Erangle, Miramar, Vikend/Sanhok.

• The team with the highest number of points after all five matches cumulative will be declared winner.

• Emulators are not allowed in any game mode organised. The player will be disqualified if found using any kind of emulator.

• Any game modifying tools are not allowed.

• Players can play on Android/iOS phones only.

• Tablets and ipads are not permitted.

• Only in-game voice chat should be used after the game is started till its completion.

• No other apps (like Spotify etc.) should be open during the match.

• Any use of unfair means such as aimbot, trigger bot, ESP, etc. will result in disqualification.

• Should a team fail to join the room in time, their squad will be given 0 points for it.

• The exploitation of bugs that hinders fair play will result in disqualification.

• Waiting time is at most 15 minutes between games.

• Organisers would not be held responsible for connectivity issues on the participant's side.

• Organisers reserve the right to accept or reject any entry without stating reason thereof.

• Participants are requested to remain ready at least 15 minutes prior to the start of any match. Late entries would not be allowed.

• No player should leak the room id anywhere, in case of this event the team will be disqualified.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

• Decision of the judges will be final and binding.

• Participants are requested to report 1 hour before the commencement of the event.

• Please carry your college ID cards.

• The entry fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• All participants must register for the gaming event in advance.

• Participants should arrive at the specified location at least 30 minutes prior to the event's start for check-in.

• Check-in will involve verifying registration details and assigning participants to their respective gaming stations.

• Respect all participants, organisers, and staff members. Harassment, bullying, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

• Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere throughout the event. Follow the instructions of the event organisers at all times. Report any suspicious or unsafe behavior to the event organisers immediately.

• Cheating, exploiting glitches, or using unauthorized tools or software is strictly prohibited. No external support or coaching will be allowed during the game.

• Exiting a game without a proper reason will lead to disqualification of the team.

• Keep personal belongings secure. The organising committee is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

• Violation of any rules or code of conduct may result in penalties, disqualification, or removal from the event, depending on the severity of the offense.

• If anyone finds any loophole, they are requested not to violate it and to contact the organisers immediately. The decision will be taken accordingly.

• Substitution of any player will not be allowed after the tournament begins. Before check-in for the tournament on the day, teams can change players.

• Organisers have the right to cancel your participation without mentioning the reason.

• All participants are requested to play the game on their respective mobile networks, and no internet connection will be provided by the organisers.

• Please carry power banks.

• In case of any controversies, the decision taken by the organising committee will be final.

• Any damages done to college property will result in a fine.

• No refunds will be given under any circumstance.
